Invitation to Filmmakers & Video Artists

Posted by Celia Kalasek on June 25, 2010 at 12:17 PM

...Submit your work!

One of our goals is to feature the work of Virgin Islands filmmakers, video installation artists and visual artists. Artists will have the opportunity to present and discuss their work prior to the feature film presentation. Our aim is to develop public awareness of local talent by creating an environment in which filmmakers / artists discuss their work and artistic process with our audience. Contact us with your ideas!

Over 2 million cans come into this island and can be diverted from the landfill with your help! Adopt-A-BIn and help residents recycle aluminum cans across St. John. SJCF partners with the Waste Mangement Authority, Storage on Site and a multitude of volunteers for the purpose of recycling aluminum cans. We are now trying to help ban plastic bags on island and instigate a community composting project.
